Take all necessary steps to ensure, to the satisfaction of the Management, that the Authorized Pet(s) will not be a source of annoyance, noise, nuisance and/or danger to the other occupier(s) of neighboring premises or along common property. 6. Take all necessary steps to ensure, to the satisfaction of the Management, that the Authorized Pet(s) will does/do not cause any damage to the property of the occupier(s) of neighboring premises or to the common property. 7. Ensure that the Authorized Pet(s) will not defecate at the neighboring premises or at the common property, and be responsible for removing all such defecation; and 8. Be responsible and bear all liabilities for all interference with peaceful enjoyment, damage to properties and/or personal injuries caused by the actions of the Authorized Pet(s), and to indemnify and hold the Management harmless for all or any liability, damage. Loss, costs and expenses incurred by the Management as a result of the actions of the Authorized Pet(s).
